An infant presented with increasing head size and lethargy. CECT head and Cotrast MRI suggested a large lobulated enhancing lesion in posterior fossa. Right VP shunt was done first and then a midline posterior fossa craniotomy and total excision was done. Histopathology revealed it to be a pilocytic astrocytoma.
