CP angle neuroenteric cyst

Acoustic tumours, Meningiomas, Epidermoids,Trigeminal Schwanomas, Medulloblastoma, Arachnoid cyst, Cysticercus cysts, Hydatid cyst, Bony tumours arising from petrous bone, Secondaries are the common tumours found in cp angle. Neuroenteric cyst in cp angle has been described in but is very rare. A middle aged lady presented with headache, left facial pain for 3 years. Pt hasd mild left cerebellar signs but was intact otherwise. Far lateral posterior fossa craniotomy was done and neuroenteric cyst excised. May be some part of cyst lining has remained but most of lesion has been excised. Post op patient has left 6th nerve paresis.
